Our service team will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding device usage or problems. You are currently at the measuring site and have questions about the device? No problem, call us and we will guide you through the installation or try to find the cause of the error in a personal conversation. As a rule, you do not have to wait long for a callback, but you will be forwarded directly to the right expert, who is also familiar with the device.

Spare Parts:
You need a spare part for a device? For all our standard devices, we always have every single component in stock and can ship this immediately, and without a minimum quantity surcharge, separate processing fee or similar.

Repair:
If a device fails during operation, we are ready for a speedy repair process in order to bring the device back into service as quickly as possible. Please send us the device with a short description of the error. We will analyze the malfunction and provide you with a non-binding quotation for the repair. Only now you decide whether you want to carry out the repair, the error analysis and the creation of a cost estimate is free of charge for you. In the case of warranty, the repair will be carried out immediately and the device will be returned to you.
